Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Design: Talking about the looks, Yamaha Ray ZR 125 has a stealthy look with tough-looking headlights. It consists of an LED positioning light and a two-level seat that gives you more comfort to the rider as well as a better view of the pillion. Along with that, it comes with a fully digital instrument cluster that provides information like speed, and fuel as well as various indicators for malfunctioning. Additionally, it is available in 5 different colors: Matt-Red Metallic, Reddish-Yellow Cocktail, Dark Matte Blue, Matte Black, and Cyan Blue.

Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Engine: The Ray ZR comes with a 125cc, air-cooled engine having 4-stroke and 2-valve cylinders. It gives a peak power of 8.2 PS at 6500 RPM and 9.7 Nm of maximum torque at 5000 RPM. It also gets Fuel Injection (FI) technology with BS6 emission norms. It has a Transistor Controlled Ignition (TCI) and V-belt automatic transmission. Furthermore, it has both self and kick start.

Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Dimensions: Talking about its dimensions, The ZR has a length of 1,880 mm, a width of 685mm, and a height of 1,190 mm. The kerb weight is measured at 99 kg making it the lightest scooter in the segment. The company has also expanded the wheelbase to 1280 mm, providing the scooter with more stability. The ground clearance is 145 mm and a 21-liter under-seat storage compartment.

Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Hardware: The BS6 Yamaha Ray ZR is designed with standard telescopic forks in the front and a Unit Swing in the rear. Talking about the braking system, it comes with a disc brake at the front for both variants. Similarly, there is a drum and disc rear brake in drum and disc variants respectively.  It has a UBS braking system as a safety feature. Additionally, it gets tubeless tyres of  90/90 section and 110/90 section at the front and the rear.
